Troop movements, explosions in Ukraine calls ceasefire into doubt

Ukraine's two-month-old ceasefire appears to be on shaky ground.

Ukrainian troops have been firing on pro-Russian rebel positions south of Donetsk, with both sides accusing the other of having violated the terms of the peace plan.

In the nearby city of Kharkiv, an explosion tore through a cafe, leaving more than 11 people injured. The cause is under investigation, but this man says he believes it was an act of terrorism.

Ukraine's military says its standoff with the Russian-backed separatists has intensified in the past week... and the independent Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe says IT has spotted an unidentified column of military vehicles and troops in rebel held territory.

Kiev says they are reinforcements sent by Moscow, although Russia denies it. And as the war of words escalates, so does the fighting.
