13 deaths occurring daily in Ukraine conflict

A UN report released on Thursday indicates that in the Ukraine conflict on average 13 people are killed daily despite the cease-fire agreed to in September. Since the truce, the death toll has reached 900. The report also accuses Kiev of using banned weapons such as cluster bombs.
