Apparently, competition for Audi is now taken to a more stern power note. The flagship R8 has got better and powerful for the LA Auto Show just to entice 60 lucky buyers. Reportedly, the 5.2-liter V10 engine under the hood is tuned to deliver impressive output of 570 bhp. To mimic that drama on its cosmetic outlook, the additions to this package includes, use of carbon fiber for front spoiler, side blades, rear diffuser, rear wing and mirror caps.
Not so excitingly, the cabin doesn’t remains out of question for speaking about the powerful edition. Though, the changes are very few in numbers but are noticeable with the illuminated ‘R8 Competition’ door sill plates and matte carbon-fiber trim.
Hence, pricing will be made known when the car will reach showrooms of USA by early next year.
