Lives - San Sebastian and UNASUR film festivals

A window on the Latin American continent, as seen through the eyes of people, either well known or ordinary individuals, who give the viewer an insight into the essence of the region. Today's program looks at two film festivals that are important from the point of view of Latin American cinema. In the 62nd edition of the San Sebastian Film Festival, Latin America has a strong presence, with movies from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, and Peru competing in the main categories. The 3rd UNASUR Film Festival held in San Juan, Argentina, features 200 submissions from the South American countries that comprise the regional integration bloc.
