A man who is being sought by police for his suspected involvement in the murders of his teenage children has been added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list.

The daughters of 57-year-old Yaser Abdel Said were killed in Texas on New Year’s Day in 2008. Said, who was a taxi driver, took the victims, Amina and Sarah for a ride in his cab.

Both girls, aged 17 and 18, died of multiple gunshot wounds. Their father was the last individual to see them before they were found dead inside the abandoned taxi.

One of the victims called 911 pleading for help and claiming she and her sister were being shot by their father. Following the murder, Said disappeared and he remains on the run.

An up to $100,000 reward is now being offered for information that leads to his capture and arrest. Reports have come in that he is still in the U.S. but investigators say he could be living somewhere abroad.

Said is known to smoke Marlboro Lights 100s cigarettes and frequent Denny’s and IHOP restaurants. He may still be earning money as a cab driver.

The task force supervisor who is leading the investigation of the case stated “These murders were brutal and cold-blooded. If a person is capable of killing his own daughters, there is no telling what he might do. We need to catch this individual and prevent him from harming anyone else.”
