Uruguay says former Guantanamo prisoners are free to leave or stay

After receiving the six former prisoners who were released from the illegal US prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the Uruguayan government said it considers the former inmates as free individuals who have the right to choose the place they wish to live. One of the former prisoners expressed his wish to remain in Uruguay and start a new life with his family. teleSUR
