Automobiles Go Mobile at Consumer Electronics Show - The Minute

The Consumer Electronics Show, which used to feature tech innovations such as the VCR and CD, displayed a different focus in its just completed 2015 edition. This year, CES highlighted the latest in-car electronics from the major auto companies. Judging by the exhibits, the auto industry is now on the way to re-branding itself as a mobility industry, not a vehicle industry. Cars are being re-imagined as giant, rolling smartphones, loaded with apps.
