Working Principle of Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pump

In the first part of this video, we show the operating principle of the AquFlow Series 1000 hydraulic diaphragm metering pump using a cutaway driver. Through this cutaway, you are able to view the internal parts such as the worm shaft, connecting rod assembly, and the control spool valve, all while the pump is operating at a slow speed.
In the second part of this video, you see the actual pump operating with an acrylic head. With the contour plate removed, you can view the movement of the diaphragm as liquid is being pumped.
