The primary purpose of this video is to quickly showcase the newly added "Must Style" gameplay modifier. Stackable with other modifiers like Turbo Mode and Hardcore mode and usable at any difficulty level, Must Style makes it so enemies won't take damage from Dante until he's achieved an S style rank or higher. Use this not only to increase the game's overall challenge, but also to improve your ability to create stylish combos and learn the ins and outs of each enemy type. Try it on a low difficulty mode to essentially turn a roomful of enemies into a multi-target practice dojo!
As you watch this video, make sure to observe the enemies' health bars and the style rank to see when they start taking damage. Though some of the clips are just fun combos.
DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition hits the new generation of consoles (PS4, Xbox One) on March 10th with a host of new features and upgrades, including 1080p/60fps gameplay, Turbo Mode, an optional manual lock-on, and MUCH more.
