Sega Flipper review! Classic Game Room reviews SEGA FLIPPER for Sega SG-1000 from Sega released in 1983. Sega Flipper is an old school video game pinball game where you flip the ball using left and right buttons on your controller (Mark is using a Sega Master System controller in this review). The game looks good but has a rotating bumper in the middle of the playfield that pretty much ruins the flow.
