Obama asks Congress for permission to strike ISIS anywhere in world

The Obama administration is seeking Congressional authorization to use military force against the Islamic State anywhere in the world while also having “flexibility” on the deployment of ground troops. While the president has touted his record in ending the Iraq War and limiting military force, figures from both sides of the aisle are crying foul over the new proposal. RT’s Ameera David explains.
