Incomplete -yet audiovisually restored- video of SIOUXSIE & THE BANSHEES rare appearance on 'Champion 83' show, TF1 French TV (during "Festival International du Cinéma Fantastique d'Avoriaz" from 14 to 22 January 1984) 'miming' their 1983 hit single 'DEAR PRUDENCE' with Robert Smith of THE CURE on guitar.
Unfortunately, for the first time in ages, the area suffered a blinding blizzard and no one could venture out. "It was like filming in North London", complained a miffed Robert Smith whose attempts to view the Winter Olympics in February of that year were also foiled .
