'We need to constantly renew ourselves', says CEO of Lego

Lego saw a 15% rise in profits in 2014, with sales up partly thanks to the success of the Lego movie. Markus Karlsson speaks to the CEO of the Danish toy maker. Jorgen Vig Knudstorp says he is not worried about weak currency or global growth as long as his company keeps reinventing itself. "The brick is not a new invention", he says. However, "our ability to constantly innovate and renew ourselves is the key driver of our top line development", he explains.
