Scooby is the victim of a static electricity demonstration.

This is the sequel to the original Scooby static electricity demo. This is hilarious!! The balloon started out on Scooby’s back, and as he walked around the house, the balloon migrated to between his legs. I promise you will laugh out loud!! I had nothing to do with this one. I swear!
