Airliners Change Policy Requiring Two Pilots in Cockpit in Wake of Germanwings Crash

In the wake of the deliberate crash by the co-pilot of Airbus A320, many European airlines announced they will require two crew members in the cockpit at all times. In the US, FAA regulations had already required that no one is ever left alone in the cockpit.
