Sheikh-ul-Hadith Hazrat Maulana Mufti Muneer Ahmed Akhoon (DB) gave a very intellectual and logical insight to the most critical issue faced by the Muslim Ummah i.e. the Middle East Conflicts.

Pakistan is faced with the challenge whether to support Saudi Arabia against the rebels in Yemen or Not ? Many in the main stream media are terming the Saudi war as the Shia-Sunni conflict and advising Pakistan not to become a party to either side, rather just play the role a mediator. Hazrat Ji Mufti Muneer Ahmed Akhoon, has clarified this that categorizing this conflict as a Shia-Sunni clash is very dangerous and biased analysis. The fight of Saudi government is against the rebels, just like Zarb-e-Azam is a fight against the terrorists and rebels who have challenged the writ of the government of Pakistan, similarly the rebels in Yemen are trying to overtake the country by force.

This is a matter of fighting against the rebels, the terrorists!! whether they are the Sunni extremists in Pakistan or the Shites in the Yemen.
