Fire Breaks Out Aboard Russian Nuclear Submarine

A huge plume of smoke was seen from the Zvezdochka shipyard in Russia’s Severodvinsk where a Russian Navy nuclear submarine had caught fire when it was undergoing maintenance work. Initial reports say the fire broke out in the ninth section of the K-266 Oryol submarine, near the stern, started as welding repairs were taking place.
