Spleen Selfie: Russian nursing student slammed for taking pic with a patient’s organs

Being a nurse is seen by many as a higher calling, a noble profession staffed by selfless individuals on a mission to help heal the world.
But perhaps that whole ‘noble calling’ memo didn’t filter down to 20-year-old Gulnaz Yalalova, a nursing student in Russia’s Kazan City.
Is this a generational thing? Should we cut this woman some slack? After all, kids these days can’t seem to stop themselves from posting ANYTHING and EVERYTHING on social media.
But seriously, you’d think a nursing student would have the sense to know NOT to take selfies with the spleen of a patient--pics that she then uploaded to Instagram with captions that mocked the patient for being overweight.
To make matters worse, the spleen Gulnaz posed with belonged to a 16-year-old girl who had just tried to commit suicide!
Doctors did manage to save the life of young woman who attempted suicide, but Gulnaz
