PNP to get P3B worth of new guns, gear

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) released P3 billion intended for acquiring high-powered firearms and radio equipment of the Philippine National Police (PNP). This is due to the outcome of the investigation of the Mamasapano incident that the firearms used by the Special Action Force (SAF) troopers during the clash are defective.
