A Texas high school football player has become an internet sensation, after a video of him apparently throwing and then catching his own 40-yard pass was posted on Vine on Sunday.
Gary Haynes, a student at Manvel high school near Houston, was playing with his friends in the backyard when the video was made. Haynes' football coach Kirk Martin says he wanted to see it with his own eyes before the player went on the media circuit. So he shot his own video of Haynes throwing and catching his own pass on Tuesday.
As of now, Haynes only offer to play college ball was from the University of Houston, however we have a feeling that will change in the coming weeks.
