Operating a twitter account is now considered basic customer relations, which every large company must do. But not every company tweets a photo of a nude woman with a toy airplane jammed up her snizz. Only US Airways does that.
On Monday, two women, both arriving late in Portland after a delayed flight, angrily tweeted @USAirways.
US Airways replied 'We don't like to hear this Alex... Please provide feedback: and they included a link.
The women followed the link, but it wasn't a customer complaint form. Instead, they got an up-close picture of the business end of Boeing 777 lodged in the business end of a somewhat flexible woman. Granted, it was just a toy plane, but the 777 is still considered a jumbo jet.
One of the two women, named Alex, replied 'that was not appropriate at all, LOL.'
@USAirways quickly took the tweet down and appologised, but not before the whole internet found out. Surprisingly, US Airways national rankings jumped from 9th place in 2013 to #1 among men after the tweet. But female passengers might want to tighten their belts and tuck their shirts in before flying.
