Inamin ng mga opisyal ng New Bilibid Prison na alam nila ang pagpasok ng mga aircon, computer, at iba pang gamit ng mga preso sa sa bilangguan. Hindi raw ito bawal. Pati ang pagko-concert ng convicted robber na si Herbert Colangco ay pinayagan nila dahil parte raw ito ng "reformation" program ng mga preso.
