EU supports PH stand on sea row

Spain and the European Commission supported the position of the Philippines to resolve the conflict about the West Philippine Sea through arbitration and dialogs and not through warfare. The assurance was received by Pres. Aquino in his visit to Belgium after he faced the president of EU.
