Jinggoy surrenders, joins Bong in Crame

Senator Jinggoy Estrada surrendered in Camp Crame after the Sandiganbayan issued an arrest warrant with plunder and graft charges against him. In other news, Estrada and wife, Precy Vitug, were surprised by their family with an early silver wedding anniversary celebration before he surrenders.
