《真正男子汉》是湖南卫视2015年第二季度重磅推出的一档明星进军营的军旅题材真人秀节目，开明星进军营活动之先河。节目记录6位有年龄跨度的明星深入一线作战部队，与普通士兵同吃同住同训练。节目最大亮点是导演零干预，明星一进部队就等同于士兵，训练过程真枪实弹，嘉宾则采取轮换制，不断会有新大咖加入，还包括女神和女艺人。即将于周五晚接档《我是歌手》播出。
Takes A Real Man is a reality show that records the army life of 6 male celebrities, who will be treated and trained as real soldiers in army. It’s the first TV show in China that were shoot in Chinese army. And the most unique part is the director will not give any opinion or affects the training in any format. The show will be shown every Friday from April 17th 2015, after I Am A Singer 3.
