Gringo warns Palace on filing raps vs Coast Guard

MANILA, Philippines -- Senator Gringo Honasan says Malacañang should be very careful in handling the supposed recommendation of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to charge Coast Guard personnel involved in the Batanes shooting incident.
