Taiwan agencies cancel nearly all tour packages to PH

The tourism department says Taiwanese tour agencies have cancelled nearly all tour packages to the Philippines, since tensions rose over the fatal shooting of a Taiwanese fisherman by the Philippine Coast Guard. That's equivalent to about 9,500 tourists.
