Pharrell Williams paid tribute to legendary rock star Jimi Hendrix as he took to the main stage at the Isle of Wight festival. There were no blurred lines about how happy he was to be gracing the same stage as the rock and roll icon who headlined the festival 45 years ago. Paying tribute to the late star by performing one of his hits and getting the crowds to point to the sky in his honour. Later he was joined on stage for 'Happy' by WellChild's 'Young Hero' Award winner Dylan Bleach along with a group of other very excited children who joined in with his backing dancers. Before his performance the super star musician met with acclaimed artist Pure Evil to view a collection of artwork including portraits of Jimi Hendrix and Pharrell himself.
