The 3DO was one of the first devices I can remember having a music visualizer. I spent a lot of time watching this thing while listening to all kinds of weird music in the 90's and wanted to share what the console is like to use.

Also, remember CD+G's? I only own the sampler disc that came with the Sega CD but it works on the 3DO as well so I play a few of those weird karaoke/Microsoft Paint music video slideshows. Lots of notations on the video to point out what's going on.
