Mighty Morphin Power Rangers video review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for the Game Gear developed by Sims and published by SEGA.

Take the Power Rangers on the go, go! See what we did there? Often considered one of the better games ever released based on this series, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is an unexpectedly decent Game Gear brawler. Although it plays like a 2D fighting game, it’s structured more like a beat ‘em up. Players are bombarded by enemies ripe for a 2D beating until the level bosses finally show their faces. The game consists of seven stages, and each one has two distinct parts—you get to battle as a Zord in the second part. Each of the Rangers plays slightly differently, which is a nice touch, and you can also execute special moves. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers offers single-player and local multiplayer play on the Game Gear.

This video review features video gameplay footage of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for the Game Gear and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
