My favorite anime movie of all time, Royal Space Force, was a must-review for this review series. It was Gainax's first movie. Hideaki Anno animated parts of it (the explosions!). And the writer also wrote Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. It's got great pedigree, and uses it all well.
