Cam Newton & JJ Watt Make One-Handed Catches in Practice

Ever since Odell Beckham Jr. made that incredible catch against the Dallas Cowboys last season, NFL players have made practicing one-handed catches the norm. Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has mastered the one-handed catch, as demonstrated by this clip from training camp. Newton is one of those players capable of playing quarterback, wide receiver, tight end and running back. Just hours after the video came out of Newton making that one-handed snag, an even more impressive video surfaced of J.J. Watt making multiple one-handers.
