The Tennessee Titans are headed to the road to meet the Atlanta Falcons in an NFL preseason pro football game set for Friday August 14th.

Play begins from Atlanta at 7PM Eastern Time with national television coverage provided by NFL Network live.

The point spread in this game has the home side Atlanta Falcons the -2 ½ point favorite with the over under line set at 37 points. Those playing on Atlanta on the money line will lay -135 odds with the return on the underdog Tennessee Titans at +115 odds on the money line.

This marks the preseason debut at starting quarterback or rookie Marcus Mariota. He should see a few series then give way to backups Zach Mettenberger and Charlie Whitehurst. Bishop Sankey is the featured back with David Cobb, Dexter McCluster and Antonio Andrews getting carries. Mariota’s targets in the passing game include Harry Douglass and Kendall Wright out wide. The backups are Justin Hunter, Donal Green Beckham and Hakeem Nicks.

Matt Ryan returns under center for Atlanta and will see a few series. Getting snaps in backup roles are T.J. Yates and Sean Renfree. Rookie Tevin Coleman was drafted out of Indiana at running back to try and spark this anemic running game. Devonta Freeman and Antoine Smith will vie for carries. The good receiver corps includes Julio Jones and Roddy White flanked out wide. Justin Hardy, Devin Hester and Leonard Hankerson will see time. The Falcons are looking to improve from years of bad defense and to try and finally get good pressure on opposing quarterbacks.
