1.7mil blacklisted drivers may have licences revoked

1.7million Malaysian drivers may soon find themselves without a driving license if they don't pay their outstanding traffic summonses. The IGP says they'll be cracking down on offenses such as speeding, running red traffic lights and crossing double lines.
