Hyundai’s bet against Mercedes S-Class and BMW 7-Series, the 2017 Equus was again spotted testing in full camouflage. Although not much can be seen of the car because of the heavy camouflage it was under, prying eyes of car lovers can sure make it out certain things about it.
For instance, it is clear that the car would use the same platform that the Hyundai Genesis Sedan uses and it will boast of Hyundai’s 2.0 Fluidic Sculpture design language. The front of the car can be seen quite clearly and it is evident that it would come with a four-slat grille, projector headlights as well as LED daytime running lights on the grille.
Not much is known about the Equus’s power source, but certain reports have already indicated that it would carry a 420bhp V8 engine couples with an 8-speed gearbox in case of two wheel drive versions and Hyundai’s 10-speed transmission in case four-wheel drive ones.
