Globo constantly says this in its public relations, by the way: “We are the ratings champion because of the quality of our programming!”
GLOBO IS THE PEOPLE’S CHOICE!
IBOPE IS THE TRUE MEASURE OF THE POPULAR WILL, NOT THE BALLOT BOX!
The proposition is quackingly absurd.
Perhaps if they fired Ali Kamel and brought in a member of the reality-based community to run things — whose idea was that generally readable little G1 news portal they put up, anyway? — maybe that would change.
As to whether the New TV Record is any better, well, it remains to be seen.
