Man bites and swallows wife's nose in shocking attack

A video has emerged from China of the aftermath of a shocking attack by a husband on his wife.

The man reportedly bit off a chunk of his partner's nose and swallowed it because she didn't pick up his phone calls the previous evening.

The horrific attack left the woman in need of hospital treatment and, according to local media, she lost a large part of her nose.

At the time of writing, her husband was missing and local police have launched an investigation.
