Saira Shameen is Executive Director of the Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW) in Kuala Lumpur.
ARROW promotes and addresses issues specifically on women's health and reproductive rights in the region and is in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
Saira gives us her views on 53 years of Merdeka focusing on social, sexuality and gender issues that young adults especially are grappling with.
