Hezbollah to Get Russian-Made Tanks from Syria

Syria is going to give 75 Russian tanks to the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah, the Kuwaiti newspaper al-Rai reports.
The tanks are models T-55 and T-72 and intended to help Hezbollah create an armored division, supposedly to fight against al-Qaeda and other Islamist groups.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow last week, to discuss his concerns over Syrian fighting possibly spilling over into Israel, as happened earlier today.
President Putin assured Prime Minister Netanyahu that Moscow's actions in the Middle East "always were and will be very responsible" and dismissed concerns of a Syrian threat to Israel.
