Flooding as super typhoon slams North Japan

The dashcam footage, captured today in the Hokkaido area of Japan, shows cars driving through deep water as flash flooding is reported across the North of the country.

This October 'super typhoon' is reported to be one of the country's biggest in recent years - causing transport chaos for flights and trains.
