Brazil: Taxi Drivers Protest Bill Legalizing Uber

Hundreds of taxis blocked the Sao Paulo City Hall on Thursday in a protest against the United States based car provider Uber. The Mayor of the city plans to issue 5,000 permits for a new kind of taxis called “black cabs,” which will transport passenger using Uber services.
