InterContinental Hotels Group prints phone sex number on customer loyalty cards

Members of the Spire Elite loyalty program were in for a surprise when they called a customer service hotline printed on their card only to be greeted over the phone with an adult chat line instead. Leigh Scheps (@LeighTVReporter) has the story.
