Mexican Supreme Court OKs Marijuana for Personal Consumption

Mexico's highest court ruled that individuals can consume marijuana for recreational purposes, but not sell the drug. The 4-1 Supreme Court decision decriminalizing the personal use of marijuana was welcomed by many who feel prohibiting the drug spurs the growth of organized crime.
