With her debut CD ‘The Strong One’ Etana has proven herself as one of Jamaican Music’s brightest stars. Her strength lies in a beautiful Gospel voice, amazing talent as a songwriter producing lyrics which deal with the contradictions of Jamaican reality plus her ability mix reggae with other genres such as the soul and pop.

She stunned everyone with her collaboration with Alborosie on the track ‘Blessings’, the sweet love song which made it to number one in Jamaica. While her recent individual workflow has maintained the expectations it looks forward to the release of her second CD.

What’s more Etana was a great highlight at Rototom Sunsplash’s international presentation of the 15th edition of the Festival two years ago in Jamaica.
