Porsche blames Paul Walker for 2013 death

Porsche is claiming "Fast & Furious" actor Paul Walker was responsible for his own death in the fiery 2013 wreck that also killed his friend.
"He chose to conduct himself in a manner so as to expose himself to such perils, dangers and risks, thus assuming all the risks involved in using the vehicle," the new Porsche filing obtained Monday by the Daily News said.
Walker's teen daughter said in her lawsuit that the luxury car manufacturer failed to install the company's electronic stability control system in its Carrera GT knowing the car had a history of control issues.
The wrongful death action came nearly two years after the Thanksgiving weekend wreck that killed the 40-year-old actor and his friend, Roger Rodas , outside a charity event in Santa Clarita, Calif.
