Ashtu siç do nisje sesioni parlamentar, kryeministri Sali Berisha ka shfrytëzuar mbledhjen e grupit parlamentar te PD-së per te ftuar opozitën per te bashkëpunuar per hir te integrimit te vendit.
Ne nje fjalim rreth 40-minutesh, lideri i maxhorances, ka akuzuar PS-në për bllokimin e reformave ashtu siç ka përsëritur refrenin e bashkëpunimit për reformën zgjedhore. Kryeministri ka kërkuar ne këtë fillim sesioni edhe votat e opozitës për te kufizuar imunitetin duke pranuar ne mënyrë indirekte se nisma qe maxhoranca votoi ne Kuvend ne fillimin e këtij viti, për kufizimin e imunitetit duke ndryshuar rregulloren, është nul. Përpara deputeteve te PD, kryeministri Berisha ka kërkuar me shume pune per realizimin e reformave, qe do ta përgatisin maxhorancen për garën elektorale te vitit 2013.
