Bolivia to Propose International Climate Justice Court

Bolivia will propose the creation of an International Climate Justice Court at the UN Climate Change Summit that opens in Paris on Monday. The country’s positions at COP 21 will be based on the conclusions reached at the World Peoples’ Summit on Climate Change held in Cochabamba last October. Bolivian President Evo Morales has been pushing for rich countries to assume their responsibilities in facing up to climate change. teleSUR
