This video tutorial was made at night. The screen capture and speed test was performed at night at 8 pm. Charji Evo Wingle isn't too fast at this time. Well it can't be told when it's gonna be fast.
It is comparatively faster than wingle broadband of PTCL.
In morning and Noon time, Charji is pretty fast many times.
Well, I'll again check the internet speed when it's morning or day time.
