Ten killed after huge explosion at Chinese fireworks factory

Dramatic footage has emerged of a huge explosion hitting a fireworks factory in central China's Henan Province on Thursday, killing ten people and injuring seven.
The video, captured by a local witness at a wheat field in Tongxu County, shows massive plumes of smoke rising into the air from the scene along with loud "crack" noises that can be heard from a distance.
According to news reports, several houses in the village, that were 500 metres away from the factory, were also damaged. Local authorities are reportedly carrying out an investigation into the cause of the accident.
