About the characters:

Spider-Man is a fictional character, a comic book superhero that appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics

The Iron Spider Armor was given to Peter Parker by Tony Stark during the Spider-Man: The Other storyline.

Peter Parker used this costume primarally during the Civil War while he was on the side of the Initiative.

In most realities, the costume is normally black, has a large white spider design on the chest area, slightly larger eye pieces and white organic web-shooters on the back of each hand, and in the later features, his muscles are much bigger, making him appear bulky and stronger.
In the Ultimate universe, the costume appears to be purple, and sometimes black with a hint of blue.
